Book A Reservation
For reservations, call (207) 967-3850, or go to our Book Now link to book online.
Please note that guests must be at least 21 years old to book a room.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 3:00pm
Check-Out Time: 11:00am
Cancellation Policy
All reservations require at least a 1 night deposit to hold the reservation. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a 30% deposit. After deposit have been processed there is a $35 credit card processing fee to process a refund up until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after that point will result in a forfeit of deposit.
Advanced deposit becomes nonrefundable 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date. Cancellation after that will result in a forfeit of deposit.
All weekly rentals require a 1 night nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking, and a 100% deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
Non-smoking Policy
We are 100% non smoking property. Smoking in the room or common areas will result in a $250-$500 cleaning fee.
Parking
Parking is limited at the beach and each room includes parking for 1 vehicle. If you are bringing more than 1 vehicle you will need to arrange off site parking. Give us a call and we can point you in the right direction!
Pet Policy
The Beach House Inn does not allow pets.
